Please call the office for an appointment if you need medical advice or services. Dakota Surgical does not require a referral from another physician. However, your insurance company may require one. Please contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to verify that we are a provider for your insurance, as well as whether you need a referral from your primary care physician.
Note: We do not provide Cardiac services. However, we would be happy to provide a referral upon request.
